Every human being has two sides of a brain. The meditation has the attribute of utilization of one's own mind. We tend to use our sense of reasoning that is based on the logic and effect formula. The capacity of the right brain is tremendous, which comprises upto 93% of the total mind capacity. This is never brought into use by ordinary human being. With the result of which the right brain of human being remains dormant for most of the period of life. The technique of Celestial Meditation has a fine-print of Divinity. This is why, the practice must have to fulfill certain basic norms. The process of Celestial meditation has to carry out in certain process and with a natural flow. This in turn will give the practicing person most effective and genuine results. This has a sequential order to be followed as practicing steps or a set of criteria. The entire process revolves around the deep relaxation and surrendering to the Almighty. This will have a miraculous effect which will induce the person enabling the individual to become a perfect receiver of the format of worship transmitted by Divinity.

The requisite factors before practicing Celestial Meditation:

There are a few essential steps illustrated below which MUST be followed before practicing Celestial Meditation:

* Frequency of sessions and time: One needs to practice the Celestial Meditation thrice in a day preferably. The preferable time is before 6.00 am and another session before dinner followed by the final brief session before retiring.

* Duration of Meditation: The duration of about twenty to thirty minutes is necessary.

* Posture: The new practitioner is advised to do it witting down with easy posture. Only thing necessary is to give emphasis on achieving utmost relaxation.

* Purity and Cleanliness: A primary bath will help in creating the purity and cleanliness of environment.

* The wearing apparel: The loose and light wearing apparel, taking into account the existing temperature.

* The food part: Food is an important item to be attended to by every practicing person. In this regard, practicing with empty stomach is preferable.
