History of meditation
Meditation has more importance in the life of a human being. Meditation has so many best results which is helpful for the human being. By doing meditation regularly, it gives the best results like the increase in the confidence level, positive attitude, it is also helpful for to keep human being very happy, as well as increase in the level of will power and it is very useful for to develop the concentration level.
So, the meditation is the type of an spiritual practice. Meditation is the ancient technique that is helpful for the human being to calm the mind as well as the for relaxing the whole body of a human being. In the ancient times, in the civilization of the Indus valley the figure of a yogi was found, which shows the practice of yoga could have first existed in the Indian civilization itself. So, the civilized societies began to come out that the meditation has develop the main regular practice. The basic primary intension or the main purpose of the meditation has been depending for the religious reasons; the most benefit of the meditation is for the health.
The main different techniques of the meditation are mentioned in the TANTRAS, that means five thousand years old Indian scriptures. The world's most iconic scholar of meditation Buddha, initially around five hundred B C made first mark. But, before getting his clarification he was known as the Siddhartha Gotama, and he made the experimentation in the meditation. So, Siddhartha was the mastered in the all techniques of the meditation. Siddhartha developed the all techniques quickly in very short period, and after then he developed the jhaanas and the main basic skills that was based on his experiences and the practice is also known as the samatha.
So, it is able to help to develop the inner thoughts as well as it is helpful for to increase the power of the concentration. so, it is known as the vipassanaa which means with the help of it, you can focus on your life and as well as the world with the help of meditation.
So, day by day meditation spread to all over the world. So, everyone is getting familiar with the meditation. So, the meditation spreads all over the world. So, meditation is helpful for all the human being. But, it needs consistency in the regular routine of human being.
